For the Kollys, the love of cheese, and particularly the love of Gruyère, is a family affair and a way of life. This is reflected in the many awards this cheese has won, including best Gruyère in the world, 2015 at the World Championship Cheese Contest. A mild yet full bodied gruyere with notes of leek, fresh corn and vanilla. This cheese is soft, slightly moist and even textured.
