A mixture of hard and semi-hard Swiss cheeses, this is a mild, savoury and nutty fondue mixture with a hint of chilli spice. The convenient approach to a delicious, high quality fondue. This kit melts with ease to produce a thick, velvety fondue.

To serve, rub the fondue pot with a halved clove of garlic. Add the fondue mixture and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Season to taste with pepper, nutmeg
or paprika.
