Trüffelfondue
Ready to heat
A mixture of hard and semi-hard Swiss cheeses, this is a strong, savoury and nutty fondue mixture with intense truffle notes. An excellent shortcut to a delicious, high quality fondue. This kit melts with ease to produce a thick, velvety fondue with truffle running through.
To serve, rub the fondue pot with a halved clove of garlic. Add the fondue mixture and
bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Season to taste with pepper,
nutmeg or paprika.
