A mixture of hard and semi-hard Swiss cheeses, including Tête de Moine AOP, this is a strong, savoury and nutty fondue mixture with Mauler sparkling wine for added decadence. It is a convenient approach to a delicious, high-quality fondue. This kit melts with ease to produce a thick, velvety fondue.

To serve, rub the fondue pot with a halved clove of garlic. Add the fondue mixture and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Season to taste with pepper or nutmeg.
