A1652 is produced by O’Lait Sàrl: master cheese maker Michel Beroud and his daughter Agnès have a wealth of experience, across two generations of the family. They use raw milk, rich in flavour, unique to the Jura region of Switzerland. It gets its name from the military bunker A1652, where the cheese is stored and matured.

A rustic bloomy-rind cheese, its unique spicy flavour comes, in part, from raw mountain cow’s milk. The flavours are lasting, creamy and original- a must try for any cheese lover.
