The Wiesenzauber is a creation of Philipp Müller that has been loved in Switzerland for some years. Inspired by traditional AOP cheese "Morbier" and due to the fact that initially some of the herbs that he uses are grown in front of his door, this cheese has become a real success both in Switzerland and increasingly for exports.
With smooth and creamy paste; the middle of the cheese shows a layer of Swiss Mountain Herbs, similar to a Morbier. The cheese is washed with a brine that includes the same herbs.
